134 Fwy Cahuenga Ramp Beautification

Clearing one-acre of site area, installing all new landscaping and irrigation of all three on/off ramps at Cahuenga Blvd. Program includes two years of site landscape maintenance and trash removal.

Riverside Median Beautification

The Toluca Lake Beautification Partners and Chamber of Commerce revitalized the Riverside Drive and Ledge median with sustainable features and drought-resistant greenery.

Toluca Lake Elementary School Garden

The Toluca Lake Beautification Partners and partners transformed a large playground asphalt at Toluca Lake Elementary into a sustainable urban garden, complete with raised beds and an educational “Garden Ranger” program.

Tree Trimming

We are steadfastly dedicated to enhancing the aesthetics and environmental health of our local neighborhoods through meticulous tree trimming initiatives and holistic beautification efforts.

Sidewalk Steamcleaning

We are passionately committed to enriching the visual appeal and ecological vitality of our neighborhood by prioritizing thorough sidewalk stream cleaning endeavors and comprehensive beautification projects.

Trash Clean Up Riverside Drive

We diligently conduct a weekly trash removal service along Riverside Drive, in collaboration with dedicated volunteers and local stakeholders, aiming to enhance the cleanliness and appeal of our community while fostering a sense of pride among residents.

Toluca Lake Beautification Partners

IMPACT

Since 2015, TLBP has completed community beautification and enhancement projects – all of which focused on the public realm, increased public safety, environmental sustainability, and economic development. From implementing a school garden at Toluca Lake Elementary School, to sidewalk and median enhancements, to revitalizing freeway ramps at Cahuenga Blvd, to Streetscape planning.

Impact

  • Planted over 1-acre of ground cover, 250 large plants and 10 trees
  • Constructed 12 raised vegetable beds (Toluca Lake Elementary School)
  • Installed over 1,500 feet of irrigation lines (134 Freeway @ Cahuenga)
  • Replaced/installed 12 LED landscape lights (Riverside Dr. Median)
  • Resurfaced over 650 square feet of concrete sidewalks (Riverside Drive)
