TLBP in collaboration with the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council and LA City Council District 2 is pursuing the redevelopment of a remnant LA City parcel on the Southeast corner of Cahuenga Blvd and Addison, just north of Toluca Lake Elementary School in Toluca Woods.
