TLBP completed streetscape planning for Riverside Drive (Sancola to Clybourn) in 2022, with a coalition of community and public agency partners. This work represents a culmination of a multi-year comprehensive streetscape visioning process which began in 2014 – engaging residents, property and business owners and stakeholders. This established a community-led vision for the “Toluca Lake Village” and will be included in the Southeast Valley Community Plan Update.
Scope
Phase 3 of streetscape planning on Riverside Dr. will focus on design elements, with input from the community, resulting in a defined scope and budget – making it eligible for regional, local and state grants and fundraising campaigns.
