  • In Toluca Lake Village, our efforts have cleared over 375 tons of waste while uniting 5,000 Southeast Valley stakeholders to reimagine community corridors through transformative streetscape plans.
  • Our legacy includes vibrant school gardens, charming pocket parks, revitalized medians, and district identity, such as the iconic Toluca Lake Village Clock—a beacon of community pride.
  • Collaborating with partners across public and private sectors, we’ve channeled over $500,000 into beautification initiatives since our founding.

Toluca Lake Village Streetscape Receptacles

This initiative aligns with the community-approved Riverside Drive Streetscape Plan, enhancing waste management and supporting the area’s sustainability and aesthetic goals.

134 Fwy Cahuenga Ramp Beautification

Clearing one-acre of site area, installing all new landscaping and irrigation of all three on/off ramps at Cahuenga Blvd. Program includes two years of site landscape maintenance and trash removal.

Riverside Median Beautification

The Toluca Lake Beautification Partners and Chamber of Commerce revitalized the Riverside Drive and Ledge median with sustainable features and drought-resistant greenery.

Toluca Lake Elementary School Garden

The Toluca Lake Beautification Partners and partners transformed a large playground asphalt at Toluca Lake Elementary into a sustainable urban garden, complete with raised beds and an educational “Garden Ranger” program.
