TLBP in collaboration with the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council and LA City Council District 2 is pursuing a water conservation and community beautification project on a median on Vineland Avenue in West Toluca Lake, south of Moorpark before the 101 freeway.
Scope
Removal of all turf (grass), retrofitting of irrigation and controllers, and installation of ice plants and California native plants to the median
